The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, can diagnose faults, work independently or with the team, and is ready for field or workshop assignments with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience repairing excavators or heavy construction equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop and outdoor environment.
• Singaporean or PR only.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of excavators and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine faults.
• Carry out inspections before and after equipment rental.
• Replace defective parts and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct engine servicing, oil changes, filter replacements, and greasing.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns at the workshop or customer sites.
• Test machinery after repairs to ensure proper performance.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Ensure workshop cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with the Operations team to minimize equipment downtime.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing excavators and other construction machinery to ensure they are safe, reliable, and ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities
