Job summary

Alliance Frozen Food Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Meat Processing Quality Controller to lead PPIC, procurement, and compliance for a new production plant in Singapore.

The role involves setting up planning and inventory systems, implementing ERP modules, and coordinating with Production to meet manufacturing targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG production planning, familiarity with SAP, ISO 9001 and Halal standards, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in FMCG production planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of demand and supply planning tools.
• Experience in Meat Processing Industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP software usage.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and Halal standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Set up PPIC and procurement systems for the new plant.
• Implement ERP modules and related software.
• Manage and improve forecast models based on trends and demand patterns.
• Establish KPIs for order fulfilment and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Production to achieve timely manufacturing goals.
• Develop SOPs and ensure GMP/ISO/Halal compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance to manage annual budgets and cost control.
