Assist in the planning and execution of team member events, recognition campaigns and engagement communications. Gather feedback and insights to enhance participation, strengthen belonging and elevate the overall team member experience.
Gain exposure to learning and development, leadership development, performance enablement, talent reviews, succession planning and career growth initiatives. Support programme coordination, stakeholder engagement and learning analytics to strengthen organisational capability and leadership readiness. Contribute to initiatives that build future-ready talent and support the development of high-potential team members.
Work with business units to understand business priorities, workforce challenges and people-related operational needs across the organisation. Support employee lifecycle activities, workforce discussions, change initiatives and people-related projects in partnership with business stakeholders. Develop practical understanding of how HR solutions are shaped by business context, team member needs and operational realities.
Lead or support stretch assignments and cross-functional projects that improve HR service delivery, operational efficiency and stakeholder experience. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, leverage technology and enhance the candidate or team member experience. Prepare insights, recommendations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making.
Education & Certification Diploma or Degree undergraduate in any discipline, or currently in the final year of study and able to commence employment upon completion of studies. Academic background or demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Hospitality, Organisational Development or related disciplines is advantageous.
Experience This is an early career talent programme intended for individuals with less than 2 years of full-time work experience. Prior internship, part-time, project, campus leadership or volunteer experience in people-related, service, hospitality or business environments is advantageous.
