You will collaborate with clients or the Maximo Lead to diagnose and resolve technical issues, while ensuring adherence to formal processes and standards. The role emphasizes crafting practical solutions, maintaining SOPs, and driving efficient project delivery with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with Maximo Application Suite implementation and upgrades.
• Proven ability to integrate Maximo with other systems.
• Experience in Asset Management SDLC and Maximo platforms.
• Maintenance/support experience for Maximo projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients or Maximo Functional Lead to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare solutions to resolve Maximo technical problems.
• Investigate ways to reduce operational activities.
• Think creatively to solve user problems with holistic solutions.
• Ensure compliance with documented software processes throughout the life cycle.
• Create and update SOP documentation and implement best practices.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
