Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Maximo specialist to resolve technical issues, prepare solutions, and streamline operations. You will work with clients or the Maximo Lead to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables and create SOPs to implement best practices within Maximo projects.

The role emphasizes strong client relationship skills, SDLC experience, and continuous improvement of Maximo-based asset management solutions.

Qualifications

• Maximo Application Suite experience
• Experience with Maximo integration with other systems
• SDLC and Maximo Application Suite or Maximo Mobile experience in Asset Management projects
• Maintenance support experience for Maximo projects
• Good knowledge of SQL scripting with Oracle, SQL Server and DB2
• Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and integrating with external systems via Web Services, File Table Interface, User exits & Processing Classes and data loading
• Strong enthusiasm to build client relationships

Responsibilities

• Work with clients or Maximo Functional Lead to resolve Maximo Technical issues.
• Prepare solutions to resolve Maximo Technical issues
• Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
• Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
• Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
• Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
