Job summary

Oodles Math is seeking passionate Math Coaches to implement a MOE-aligned curriculum in an onsite learning environment for children aged 6 to 12. You will tailor educational plans to foster intellectual, social, and emotional growth and act as a dedicated ally throughout the learning journey.

The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, building a positive classroom culture, and communicating progress to parents while driving student achievement and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant professional teaching experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.
• Be willing to be trained in the Oodles teaching method.
• Be willing to work 2 weekends and 3 weekdays.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of students
• Create an onsite classroom culture that is welcoming and positive
• Utilise a wide variety of teaching methods to create deep understanding for all learners
• Drive outstanding student achievement for all students in your class
• Conduct engaging trial lessons to drive student conversion
• Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with students and parents
• Provide weekly updates to parents on students’ performance and progress
• Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students
• Attend and participate in curriculum meetings and trainings

Requirements:

• A Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with relevant specialisation, or a Degree/ Diploma in Education
