Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Manager to oversee material planning, supply readiness, and production support with technology hardware partners.

You will ensure materials are available on time, manage supply risks, and support smooth production operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and production teams, monitoring shortages, and reviewing planning to track risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations in technology industry.
• Experience with manufacturing partners and suppliers in high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, MRP systems and production support.
• Experience managing material readiness, production builds and supply risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material availability and supply readiness for manufacturing partners.
• Work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure build schedules are met.
• Monitor material shortages and develop recovery plans to avoid production delays.
• Conduct regular reviews with planning and procurement teams to track supply status and risks.
• Ensure demand forecasts and material plans are aligned in the planning system.
• Track material availability against production plans and identify critical shortages.
• Manage complex product material structures (BOMs) and implement mitigation actions when risks arise.
• Monitor inventory levels, excess stock, and product lifecycle changes.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to resolve supply issues.
• Provide regular updates on material status, risks, and action plans to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related areas within the technology industry.
• Experience working with manufacturing partners and suppliers in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, MRP systems, and production support.
• Experience managing material readiness, production builds, and supply risk mitigation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to data center, server, networking, storage, or other hardware manufacturing programs.
• Understanding of hardware manufacturing and system integration processes.
• Experience supporting supply chain operations across Asia.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are an advantage.

Salary : S$10,00.00 – S$14,000.00
