Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and day-to-day operations of the material robotics lab.

• Develop SOPs, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with AI/ML teams to integrate autonomous synthesis approaches.
• Manage procurement, vendor relations, and budgets for equipment.
