Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering or related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SEM, EBSD, XRD and optical microscopy.
• Deep understanding of materials science and structure-property relationships in metallic systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex testing data and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Familiarity with materials commonly used in additive manufacturing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Material Characterizations: SEM, EBSD, XRD, optical microscopy.
• Mechanical Testing: Tensile, fatigue, hardness testing.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, visualize results, prepare reports for industrial partners.
• Quality Assessment: Evaluate post-processing impact on material properties and identify defects.
