Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific is seeking a Materials Program Manager I in Singapore to drive material flow and provide visibility on current and future material issues. This role collaborates with planning, production, engineering, and SCM to optimize inventory and lead times.

The position requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management and 6–8 years in manufacturing, with strong MRP knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Planner to ensure visibility of current & future material issues.
• Collaborate with Production Managers to understand critical production schedules.
• Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Assist in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering.
• Analyze system need dates, supplier commitments and current production status to identify material issues.
• Lead CTB (clear to build) for pre-production build phases with regional teams.
• Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedules.
