Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly MIGO transactions, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Quality Notification (QN) processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc part status queries from internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain).
• Provide timely updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages, and open orders.
• Coordinate and execute Quality Notification (QN) implementation activities.
• Perform SAP transactions to support material movements, goods receipts, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Investigate and correct transaction-related discrepancies; support project materials in On-Hand status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material, inventory, and production status with project milestones.
