You will keep SAP work orders released on time, resist shortages through pre-emptive analysis, and manage ECOs/ECRs while coordinating with engineers on materials for special projects. The role requires strong data analytics, experience with Tableau and Python/SQL for forecasting, and active participation in floor audits and cross-functional reviews

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, inventory control, and MRP integrity.
• Proficiency with SAP work order release and scheduling processes.
• Strong data analysis skills, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan production control and inventory activities to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain SAP work order release schedules to meet manufacturing needs.
• Perform no-charge discrete job management and pre-shortage analysis.
• Reconcile supply and demand, validate MRP execution and master scheduling.
• Prepare ECOs/ECRs status and participate in floor audits.
• Collaborate with engineers on materials for special projects; manage part forecasts.
