Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to commit minimum 5 months of internship.
• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with actual Excel datasets from OSAT partners to understand, clean, transform, validate, and consolidate material inventory and liability data.
• Analyze data structures and reporting methodologies from multiple subcontractors to improve data consistency and reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline material data management processes.
• Enhance Demand vs Material Analysis by comparing S&OP forecasts and subcontractor material liability claims.
• Collaborate to design and standardize reporting templates for OSAT partners and ST-specific material inventory positions.
• Support Power BI dashboard development showing OSAT material inventory and liability status and provide insights for risk-control decisions.
