Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 5 months internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in data analysis using MS Excel, MySQL, Power BI and willing to learn new software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Artificial intelligence in RPA-like platform (n8n, Power Automate, UiPath), build and customize personas in ChatGPT Enterprise on structured/unstructured data to build custom dashboards.
• Analyze historical data trends such as cycle time, production, and inventory data to improve efficiency in planning and production scheduling and visibility.
• Utilize big data analytics and visualization tools to analyze IE and supply chain data, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions and reporting for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implementing best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
• Involve in system design and improvement liaising with systems and application team.
