Responsibilities

Data Management (Excel): Work on advanced data management tasks using Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating dashboards, cleaning datasets, generating pivot tables).
Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze and visualize data through Tableau to present actionable business insights.
Process Mapping & Workflow Improvement: Assist in developing and mapping processes to improve efficiency and workflow using tools such as Miro.
Documentation & SOP Development: Collaborate with the team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
