Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in master scheduling or Material Planning.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and address deltas between planned supply and demand.
• Manage sales order backlog.
• Maintain sales order projected ship date.
• Respond to sales department inquiries.
• Responsible for logistics and secondary processes involved in master planning.
• Process all purchases requests and schedule agreements to support sales and manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy (lead time, MOQs, safety stock).
• Provide forecast to suppliers.
• Generate internal work orders.
• Highlight potential demand issues to demand management.
• Continuous review of sales order backlog to improve delivery to meet customer requested delivery dates.
• Responsible to meet KPIs like OTD to customer orders, inventory levels, loading efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare monthly reports for inventory, OTD, capacity planning, loading and efficiency.
• Other job duties as required.
