ST Engineering seeks a Material Master Data Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to shape and implement governance during a SAP to S4/HANA transformation. You will translate governance goals into actionable standards and collaborate with Business Units, IT, and SAP teams to drive data readiness for go-live.

The role requires end-to-end ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and proactive contribution to deploying master data management, metadata and data quality frameworks across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Mathematics, or related field with 5–10 years of Master Data/ERP experience.
• Ability to work with ambiguities and prioritize work effectively across projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in balancing strategy with execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement Data Governance Framework across the organisation.
• Lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and centralise data assets.
• Define Metadata framework and standardise Business Glossary & Data Dictionary.
• Establish Data Quality framework with KPIs, validation, cleansing and monitoring.
• Drive data literacy and cross-functional data forums to foster data-driven culture.
• Monitor data usage and contribute to budget dashboards and project governance.
• Collaborate with Business Units, IT and SAP teams to ensure data readiness for go-live.
