Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to uphold safety, quality, and SOPs while maintaining an organized environment. You will handle inbound and outbound activities, cycle counts, and report discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, basic operations knowledge, and willingness to work shifts. Forklift licensing is a plus, and the location spans East & West, Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Able to perform manual handling, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures at all times.
• Perform and sustain 5S practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Carry out inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and cycle count activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct visual inspections on incoming and outgoing materials; promptly report any damage, discrepancy, or non-conformity.
• Perform general warehousing duties including material handling, stocktaking, inventory accuracy, database updates, and documentation control.
• Ensure all warehouse documentation (e.g. delivery notes, inventory records) is accurate and submitted on time.
