Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Material Handler to support the Advanced Manufacturing and Warehouse and ensure seamless material flow to production and export. You will handle pick/pack, receiving, cycle counts, and safe storage while maintaining stock accuracy and on-time materials delivery.

English proficiency is required; a second language is a plus. Prior experience with forklift and SAP will be advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• O Level or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in material handling.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Conversant in English.
• Second language is advantageous.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• PC literate: Microsoft Office, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Warehouse operations including Pick & Pack, Kitting, Receiving & Shipping.
• Pick materials per Production requirements and deliver to line.
• Ensure accurate packing and data entry into system.
• Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts and verify stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and compliance with safety/ housekeeping.
• Move raw materials/components safely.
• Escalate anomalies observed during work.
• Maintain stock accuracy of materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to production.
• Ensure on-time readiness for export of finished goods.

About the role

Support day-to-day Warehouse operations such as Pick & Pack, Kitting, Receiving & Shipping to Internal and External including Returns. Pick materials according to Production requirements & deliver to Production line as required. Ensure all materials are correctly packed & accurately entered into system as required. Conduct weekly/monthly cycle count and assist to verify stock discrepancies. Ensure proper storage of materials and comply with all safety & housekeeping regulations. Ensure movements of raw materials/components are done in a safe manner. Escalate anomalies observed during course of work.

About you

• Attained minimum "O" Level certificate or equivalent qualifications

• Relevant experience in material handling

• Ability to handle motorized equipment such as forklift or pallet jack will be an advantage

• Team player, able to work under pressure

• PC literate (Microsoft Office, SAP)
