Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations and production material flow at our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing and Warehouse hub.

You will pick and pack, receive and ship, maintain stock accuracy, and perform cycle counts using SAP and Microsoft Office. English proficiency is required; forklift experience is a plus in this dynamic electronics environment.

Qualifications

• O level or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling.
• Ability to operate forklift or pallet jack is a plus.
• Conversant in English; secondary language a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Warehouse operations such as Pick & Pack, Kitting, Receiving & Shipping to Internal and External including Returns.
• Pick materials according to Production requirements & deliver to Production line as required.
• Ensure all materials are correctly packed & entered into system (SAP) as required.
• Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and compliance with safety & housekeeping regulations.
• Ensure movements of raw materials/components are done safely.
• Escalate anomalies observed during course of work.
• Maintain stock accuracy of materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to Production and readiness for export of finished goods.

About The Role

• Support day-to-day Warehouse operations such as Pick & Pack, Kitting, Receiving & Shipping to Internal and External including Returns.
• Pick materials according to Production requirements & deliver to Production line as required.
• Ensure all materials are correctly packed & accurately entered into system as required.

About you

• Attained minimum “O” Level / SPM certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant experience in material handling.
• Ability to handle motorized equipment such as forklift or pallet jack will be an advantage.
• Conversant in English. Secondary language is advantageous.
• Team player, able to work under pressure
• PC literate (Microsoft Office, SAP)
