Job summary

Extreme Agency seeks a Master Design Coordinator to manage all Master Design files across scope, ensuring on-time delivery, language versions, and brand equity consistency. You will collaborate with the Master Design Director and L’Oréal MENA teams to deliver brand priorities.

You’ll organize briefs, coordinate with ExO hubs or local agencies, and oversee multilingual product documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely handoffs to production.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination across multiple brands and zones.
• Packaging knowledge, print processes, and graphic chain understanding.
• English and Arabic at professional level; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Master Design projects and workflows across brands and categories.
• Organize multilingual product document sets per defined zone language groups.
• Lead transfer meetings between creation and production agencies to ensure 100% compliant files.
• Ensure regulatory and labeling compliance for MENA markets in liaison with legal/regulatory teams.
• Inform stakeholders of production document releases and act as the local brand referent.
