Job summary

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Master Data Specialist on a 9-month contract to design, validate and maintain SAP master data across materials, BOMs, and recipes. You will drive data lifecycle management, ensure data quality, and generate analytics for operational excellence.

The role collaborates with Global Data Services and CPS teams to align with PICASSO standards and ERP requirements. 2–5 years in SAP MD and strong Excel/SQL skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in related technical fields.
• 2-5 years SAP Master data experience in Materials Management, SD, PP, FI/CO environments.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel/VBA, Access/SQL and SAP Query would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate formula and technical review information into master data elements to be updated in SAP and related systems.
• Create, validate through audits, and maintain master data (material master, BOMS, Master Recipes, AFL) in SAP S/4HANA production module.
• Design, create, maintain and manage workflows to collect information for Master data creation.
• Maintenance of business continuity master data for contingency supply points to meet ERM requirements.
• Data lifecycle management – routine review of all master data objects to identify and remove obsolete data.
• Data analytics, mining and reporting – support business functions and processes.
• Data quality reporting – design, execute and publish data quality and compliance scorecards.
• Support development of data standards with the MDM governance team.
