Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Master Data specialist in Singapore to review requests in Salesforce/Power Automate and input data in SAP master data systems. You will ensure data accuracy, uphold SLAs, and support cross-functional teams across our distribution, stores, and HQ environments.

The role requires at least 1 year in SAP master data management, ERP familiarity, and strong attention to detail. Proactive collaboration with stakeholders and compliance adherence are essential in a fast-paced

Qualifications

1+ year of SAP master data experience preferred.
ERP experience with SAP is preferred.
Strong knowledge of master data in business systems.
Experience with Winshuttle is a plus.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review and validate requests in Salesforce/Microsoft Power Automate.
Execute requests through manual entry in SAP master data system as approved by the business.
Perform all master data related activities with accuracy and within established SLAs.
Support team by validating master data requests prior to execution to maintain quality data management.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and company’s compliance policy.
Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and requestors to ensure required attributes are accurately and consistently reflected in requests.
Troubleshooting of issues with cross-functional teams and report any unusual issues or discrepancies to team lead.
Perform other duties assigned.
