Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Master Data Specialist to manage SAP master data entries and support ERP processes within a fast-paced global organization.

This role requires meticulous data handling, a proactive approach, and the ability to learn new systems quickly in a retail supply chain setting. You will validate requests, ensure data quality across systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to reflect accurate attributes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in SAP master data management.
• Experience in ERP environment preferred.
• Winshuttle knowledge is a plus.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate requests in Salesforce/Microsoft Power Automate.
• Execute requests through manual entry in SAP master data system.
• Perform all master data activities with accuracy and within SLAs.
• Support team by validating master data requests prior to execution.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect attributes accurately in requests.
• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and report abnormalities to team lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

What You'll Do

• Review and validate requests in Salesforce/Microsoft Power Automate.
• Execute requests through manual entry in SAP master data system as approved by the business.
• Perform all master data related activities with accuracy and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support team by validating master data requests prior to execution to maintain quality data management.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and company’s compliance policy.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and requestors to ensure required attributes are accurately and consistently reflected in requests.
• Troubleshooting of issues with cross-functional teams and report any unusual issues or discrepancies to team lead.
• Perform other duties assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in SAP master data management is preferred.
• Preferred experience working in an ERP environment, inclusive of SAP.
• General knowledge of master data and how it applies to business.
• Prior experience using Winshuttle is an added advantage but not necessary.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail is a must.
• Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software/processes
