Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a beverage service professional to join the Premium 55 F&B team. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain bar stations, assist with inventory, and support upselling and events.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism as an added advantage, at least 12 months of bartending experience, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and holidays in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism is an added advantage.
• Minimum 12 months bartending experience.
• Meet the legal age to handle alcohol for work purposes.
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays.
• Poses a well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow Forbes sequence of service and maintain knowledge of beverages, ingredients, glassware and preparation standards.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to outlet standards.
• Maintain bar stations, storage areas, equipment, par levels and cleanliness.
• Conduct monthly inventory stock counts.
• Communicate with Captains, Hosts and Managers to ensure smooth beverage service and fulfill guest expectations.
• Support upselling, event preparation and training for team members.
