Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments according to clients' needs and the services offered.
• Perform techniques including traditional, deep tissue, foot reflexology, head/neck/shoulder, body massage, and other authorised treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, concerns, and requirements before treatment.
• Explain the treatment process and ensure client comfort throughout the session.
• Apply appropriate techniques, pressure, and movements based on client needs and service requirements.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to company policies and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, beds, towels, and equipment.
• Handle client enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained after each session.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.
• Assist with shop duties when required.
