You will design experiments, validate targets, and analyze transcriptomic data, while maintaining meticulous records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team at NTU's Novena campus, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
• Hands-on MASLD, liver fibrosis, or metabolic disorder experience.
• Molecular biology techniques including RNA/protein extraction, qPCR, and Western blotting.

Responsabilités

• Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments to investigate MASLD mechanisms.
• Identify and validate potential therapeutic targets using functional genomic screening and gene silencing.
• Perform preclinical studies using animal models, including tissue collection and data interpretation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and research standards.
