Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Markets Operations – Collaterals management Analyst, Assistant Manager (AVP) to join our on-site Tampines team. You will manage collateral calls/recalls under CSA and GMRA, ensure timely payments/receipts, investigate disputes, and support legal reviews of collateral agreements.

The role requires knowledge of Treasury products, collateral management experience, and strong communication. It offers a structured path for growth within a global bank.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred with understanding of treasury products and collateral processes.
• Experience with collateral agreements such as ISDA CSAs is advantageous.
• Strong communication, time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collateral calls/recalls under CSA/GMRA.
• Perform portfolio reconciliation and resolve collateral disputes.
• Coordinate with Legal on collateral agreements during negotiation.
• Set up new collateral agreements and accounts; manage related queries.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Markets Operations Singapore is both the Headquarters and the Centre of Excellence, centralizing majority of the operational activities for selected APAC branches and subsidiaries.Markets Operations is embarking on a global transformation journey, providing a suite of operational support services to our business units while focusing on cost efficiency through process re-engineering, automation and straight through processing.**About the job*** Your main responsibility is to ensure collateral calls / recalls relating to Credit Support Annex and Global Master Repurchase Agreement are well managed* Ensure timely and accurate payments/receipts of cash* Investigates collateral disputes/ discrepancies and ensure that such disputes/ discrepancies are promptly resolved.* Ensure all collateral calls to counterparties are made within Notification Time* Perform portfolio reconciliation as well as investigate and resolve disputes* Provide assistance to Legal in the review of collateral agreements during negotiation phase* Manage the set-up of new collateral agreements and accounts* Ensure all queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner* Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders* Drives process improvement and system automation.* Drive new ways of working and behaviour across organisation to deliver faster, better, cost-efficient customer (internal and external service)* Participate / Support in projects, business-driven initiatives and UAT* Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements.* Continuous participation to “Growing the Team”: formalisation of team procedure, training, coaching colleagues, brainstorm ideas for any occasions, creating a fun environment among others)# **Skills and experience required*** Degree holder preferred* Good knowledge of Treasury products (e.g. Securities, Derivatives, Securities Lending) preferred* Good understanding of Front to Back Trade operational processes.
