Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant for a 1-year contract (renewable) in Singapore. You will support the Marketing team with day-to-day operations and documentation.

You will prepare reports, presentations, and materials using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; coordinate campaigns; maintain marketing records in the internal system; and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• No prior experience required, fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team.
• Assist in preparing marketing documents, reports, presentations and materials.
• Support coordinating marketing activities, campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain and update marketing records in the internal system.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15AM – 5:30PM
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract, Renewable

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing-related documents, reports, presentations and materials using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Support the team in coordinating marketing activities, campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining and updating marketing records, databases and information in the company’s internal system.
• Assist with basic coordination with internal teams and external parties on marketing-related matters.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties to support the Marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field (Marketing, Business, Communications will be an advantage).
• No experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
