Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD invites applications for an entry-level Marketing Admin Assistant to support the Marketing Department in a structured corporate environment.

You will handle data entry, document preparation and routine marketing tasks using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fresh graduates may expect salary benchmarks of SGD 2,400 for diplomas and SGD 2,600 for degrees, with a 1-year contract renewal depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline is required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and accurate.
• Organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to handle ad-hoc or urgent requests.
• Good communication skills and approachable attitude.
• Immediate availability preferred.
