Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking a Procurement Manager (with a focus in Marketing Services) to join its Singapore regional office. The role centers on end-to-end marketing procurement across ATL, BTL, POSM and agency services, with direct supplier negotiations and execution.

You will partner with Marketing, Commercial and Finance to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies, build a regional supplier network, and implement governance standards to drive cost efficiency and brand consistency

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience procuring marketing services (ATL/BTL/POSM) and marketing agencies.
• Experience in FMCG, luxury, beauty, fashion, retail or branded consumer industries.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to engage regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing procurement across ATL, BTL, POSM and agency services.
• Drive regional POSM sourcing and procurement initiatives for cost efficiency and brand consistency.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Finance to translate priorities into sourcing strategies.
• Develop a supplier network focused on Singapore-based agencies and regional suppliers.
• Implement procurement frameworks and governance standards to strengthen performance.
