Job summary

TGP LIVING COLLECTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Admin/Personal Assistant to support promotional activities and provide management support. The role focuses on simple design and marketing coordination, while also handling secretarial tasks for the Director.

Ideal candidates are proactive, well-organised, and comfortable with designing basic promotional materials and coordinating campaigns. On-site in Singapore with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing support or PA roles is preferred.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in simple design tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create simple posters, flyers, social media visuals, and promotional materials.
• Design promotional materials for sales, events, and product announcements.
• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing promotions.
• Prepare promotional content for social media, WhatsApp, email and more.
• Coordinate promotional details such as pricing and campaign dates.
• Provide secretarial support and manage travel arrangements when required.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and information for management.
• Maintain a consistent look across promotional materials.
