Job summary

ALIGNE PILATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Operations Intern to build practical skills in content creation, campaign management, and daily studio operations across our expanding network.

You will move between studios to capture content and support branding efforts while engaging with clients and instructors. The role offers hands-on experience in marketing and operations with potential progression to a full-time role after graduation, making it ideal for final-year students

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, Design, or a related field looking for a full-time career path
• Energetic and adaptable—comfortable with moving around our different studio locations across Singapore
• Passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation with a willingness to learn and improve skills
• Artistic eye and interest in photography and video editing
• Sociable with a friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to engage with new people across different studio communities
• Organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems effectively on the go
• Personal Instagram account with over 1,000 followers is a plus, demonstrating social media savvy
• Passion for Pilates and wellness is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, and our website to engage the community across all 3 studio locations
• Move between our different outlets to capture and edit fresh photos and videos that showcase each studio’s unique vibe, instructors, and community
• Manage day-to-day studio operations by providing excellent customer service, handling the online booking system, and ensuring our spaces are clean, welcoming, and up to brand standards
• Collaborate with team members to develop storytelling content that connects with our diverse target audiences across Singapore
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule that involves traveling between outlets, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week after training or as needed
