Job summary

HUI JIE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for software, AI & robotics products in Singapore. You will shape positioning, manage campaigns, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive growth.

You will translate complex tech into business value, develop compelling materials, and organize launches and events to engage target industries and partners. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing or business development experience.
• Experience in software, SaaS, AI, robotics, automation, IoT, or technology industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise sales processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Marketing Manager - Software, AI & Robotics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for software, AI, automation, and robotics products.
• Identify target industries, potential customers, market trends, and new business opportunities.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, social media, email, and other channels.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, product demonstrations, case studies, and website content.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear and persuasive business value propositions.
• Generate qualified sales leads and work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, technology partners, system integrators, and industry stakeholders.
• Organise product launches, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and customer engagement events.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, lead-generation results, and return on investment.
• Support tender submissions, business proposals, and client presentations.
• Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant marketing or business development experience.
• Experience in software, SaaS, AI, robotics, automation, IoT, or other technology-related industries is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise sales processes.
• Strong digital marketing, content development, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate their commercial benefits effectively.

• Existing business networks in Singapore or Southeast Asia will be an advantage.
