Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies and pricing where applicable.
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Generate new business leads and drive traffic across channels.
• Develop strategies to promote the company and attract customers.
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Experiment with organic and paid channels: content, PPC, social media, events, PR, email.
• Create engaging website/blog content to attract target audiences.
• Build partnerships with key industry players and agencies.
• Plan and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets.
• Review marketing materials from banners to brochures and case studies.
• Measure campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior to optimize email and ad campaigns.
