Abbott in Singapore seeks a Marketing Manager – Endovascular to lead APAC regional strategy and commercial marketing for Endovascular products. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing, product management or commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare, including regional or multi-country responsibility in Asia Pacific.
  • Cardiovascular, endovascular, structural heart, electrophysiology or related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market development, and new product launches.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management and stakeholder-influencing skills; PowerPoint and Excel capability.

  • Assess market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to identify priority segments and markets.
  • Prioritize growth opportunities across endovascular therapies, tailoring strategies to market needs and adoption levels.
  • Translate regional strategy into country plans, milestones, and marketing investments with regular performance reviews.
  • Lead portfolio positioning, value proposition and lifecycle plans in line with global strategy.

The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager – Endovascular, you will lead regional strategy and commercial marketing for products within Abbott Vascular's Endovascular portfolio across Asia Pacific. The role will adapt global portfolio strategies into market-specific growth plans, identify new opportunities for adoption and market expansion, and drive business growth across priority APAC markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute the APAC Endovascular marketing strategy and annual business plan, aligned with revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
  • Assess market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and procedural opportunities to identify priority segments, markets, and growth drivers.
  • Prioritize growth opportunities across relevant endovascular therapies, procedures and clinical specialties, tailoring strategies to market needs and levels of clinical adoption across APAC.
  • Translate regional strategy into focused country plans, execution milestones and prioritized marketing investments, and review performance regularly with commercial teams.
  • Lead portfolio positioning, value proposition and lifecycle plans in line with global strategy and approved local claims.
  • Lead regional launch planning and execution, including opportunity assessment, customer targeting, forecasting, training, supply readiness and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Endovascular therapies through evidence-based tools, data, and customer-focused programs.
  • Partner with Global Marketing, R&D, Clinical and Medical Affairs to represent APAC needs and inform future portfolio opportunities.
  • Develop programs that increase appropriate adoption of Abbott's Endovascular portfolio across priority procedures, customer segments, and markets.
  • Lead regional KOL engagement, advisory boards, peer-to-peer education, congress activities and other customer programs with clear objectives and measures of success.
  • Maintain strong market connectivity through customer visits and voice-of-customer activities and turn insights into actions and product feedback.
  • Provide country sales and marketing teams with clear messaging, sales tools, competitive resources and account-segmentation guidance.
  • Partner with country teams on priority-account plans, tenders and adoption pathways where relevant.
  • Plan and lead key regional marketing workshops and events.
  • Support product training and capability building and assess impact through adoption and business results.
  • Track key indicators such as revenue, market share, price, account activation, repeat use, campaign effectiveness and launch performance.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial Excellence, Demand Planning and Supply Chain on forecasts, budgets, inventory readiness and business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across global, regional, and country teams, ensuring all activities meet applicable laws, industry codes, Abbott policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing, product management or commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare, including regional or multi-country responsibility in Asia Pacific.
  • Cardiovascular, endovascular, structural heart, electrophysiology, interventional radiology or related procedural experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market development, customer engagement and new product launches.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management and stakeholder-influencing skills, with solid PowerPoint and Excel capability.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional APAC language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% across Asia Pacific.
