About Us

Claw Media Pte Ltd is Asia’s ultimate arcade gaming app that combines real claw machines, coin pushers, and arcade frenzy games with online play. Our mission is to revolutionize online arcade gaming by creating fun, interactive, and rewarding experiences that connect players across Asia.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts in Singapore and the region, driving growth through creative campaigns, affiliate/partner programs, and digital strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives (social media, paid ads, SEO/ASO, influencer collaborations).
  • Manage and optimize the affiliate and referral marketing program (a core growth driver for ClawBaby).
  • Coordinate with product and tech teams to align marketing with new features, app launches, and updates.
  • Build and manage country-specific campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Organize and oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and PR activities to boost brand presence.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer tech.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO/ASO).
  • Experience in managing affiliate/referral programs is a strong plus.
  • Excellent creative and analytical skills, with ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Strong project management skills; able to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Regional exposure in Southeast Asia/India markets preferred.
  • Passion for gaming or entertainment industry is a bonus.
