Job summary

NELLEII PTE. LTD. is seeking a flexible and versatile marketer to drive growth of our inbound sales channels.

You will develop strategies to raise awareness and attract qualified traffic to our platform, and own campaigns from ideation to execution. You will experiment with organic and paid channels, create engaging website and blog content, build partnerships, monitor budgets, and measure performance against goals to inform optimization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in marketing with ability to learn.
• Identifying target audiences and leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Numerically literate with spreadsheet analysis.
• Strong copywriting and aesthetics sense.
• Knowledge of latest online marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
