Job summary

Gensler Singapore is seeking a Marketing Intern for a minimum 4-month period to support the Marketing and PR teams with proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

The role involves content creation, design work, and assisting with social media and business development activities, while adhering to brand standards and delivering under tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication to create effective presentations and other collateral
• Self-motivated with good teamwork and a proactive attitude
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong graphic communication and design skills; proficiency in InDesign is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); video production/editing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support design, write and produce proposals, presentations, and collateral per brand standards.
• Assist in creating materials for business development and social media.
• Provide graphic design and administrative support to Marketing and PR teams.
• Maintain project profiles, website updates, resumes, and OpenAsset.
• Support project photoshoots and video production.
• Coordinate other responsibilities as assigned.
