Job summary

Arts House Group (AHG) in Singapore invites a 3-month marketing internship to support social media campaigns, content creation, and festival promotion. You will help update the AHG website, digitise programme materials, and assist in post-festival reporting, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent communication skills and is proficient in major social platforms. Basic design/video editing tools knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok.
• Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office.
• Some design and video editing skills using Adobe tools.
• Strong team player with good organizational skills.
• Good oral and computer presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support social media initiatives including calendar, content creation, copywriting, and post management.
• Assist in updating AHG website content to promote programmes and festivals.
• Assist in maintenance and digitisation of programme/archive materials.
• Assist in copywriting and proofreading marketing collateral.
• Assist onsite installations of publicity materials.
• Basic office administration including filing and archiving collateral.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing collateral and social content.
• Assist in compiling post-festival reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure success of programmes/festivals.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by AHG Management.
