Job summary

Organize promotional activities, coordinate materials, and support Directors with admin tasks, as part of a dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with marketing software and Google Ads.
• Interest in industry trends and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide admin support to Directors in daily marketing operations.
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns.
• Support execution of marketing activities including social media and email campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials and reports.
• Coordinate distribution of materials.
• Maintain CRM and databases.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
