Job summary

Send is a peer-to-peer food delivery platform in Singapore, supporting hawkers and local merchants. We are seeking a proactive intern to support day-to-day marketing execution and on-ground operations.

You'll work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage content, and assist real-world activations across Singapore, gaining hands-on experience across social, events, and operations while building a portfolio of campaign work.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related discipline
• Preferably final year undergraduate students
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on multiple tasks and deliverables at once
• Comfortable with basic content tools (e.g., Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects equivalent, Canva, Google Drive)
• Bonus: Interest in local culture, hawkers, or community storytelling

Responsibilities

• Data Reporting & Analytics: Develop data visualisation and dashboards to communicate conversion and customer trends.
• Leverage data reports to deepen customer insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Translate qualitative customer feedback into actionable insights.
• Video Content: Conceptualise high-impact video content for diverse social ecosystems; translate concepts into storyboards and scripts; assist on-site filming to post-production editing; convert video content into written formats.
• Media Relations: Identify and secure media opportunities; build relationships with journalists to position Send as a thought leader in the F&B industry.
• Resolution Handling & Operational Support: Handle merchant and stakeholder inquiries in real time; troubleshoot issues; coordinate cross-team follow-ups; track cases to closure.
• Merchant Onboarding & Platform Setup: Assist with menu uploads and system configuration; guide merchants through onboarding workflows; document onboarding progress.
