Job summary

KrisShop Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Marketing Communications Intern to support the setup and deployment of marketing communications across channels, assist with content creation, publication, and analytics.

You will work with the team to maintain calendars, monitor campaigns, and help manage digital assets. This role offers exposure to eDMs, web push, blog content, and website management using Adobe Experience Manager, with guidance from mentors and opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably with ecommerce related experience.
• Prior internship, project work, or coursework related to marketing communications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of marketing communications across channels (eDMs, web push, social media).
• Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Ensure marketing communications are executed accurately and on time.
• Research, write, edit, and publish blog articles and website content.
• Upload and manage website content using Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe AEM).
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO, and marketing objectives.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and content repositories.
• Support creative ideation and content planning initiatives.
• Assist in extracting marketing touchpoints and website performance data.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on campaign performance.
• Support analysis of key marketing metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and manage digital assets.
