Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

About the role

Join the ACS team to support marketing and digital marketing for specialty chemicals, precision cleaning solutions, and industrial equipment. You will work on market research, technical content, LinkedIn/website marketing, and basic sales enablement for B2B customers in sectors like electronics, aerospace, medical and precision engineering.

What you will do

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Create and update marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, technical application notes, and sales enablement content.
• Support digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns, and other online channels.
• Explore and utilize modern digital and AI-powered tools to support content development, market research, and marketing effectiveness.
• Assist with customer engagement materials, CRM updates, and business development activities.
• Track marketing activities and contribute ideas to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

What we are looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science / Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or Marketing (with an interest in technical products and B2B industries)
• Experience gained through academic modules, projects, internships, extracurricular activities, or freelance work in digital marketing, B2B marketing, marketing analytics, digital communications, website management, or content creation is an advantage.
• Strong interest in learning about industrial products, technologies, and processes.
• Good written communication and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to support content development and market research.
• Fresh graduates are preferred.
