• 10+ years of experience in chemicals, specialty chemicals, lubricants, additives, or related industries.
• Experience spanning technical service, product development, market development, R&D, manufacturing, or application engineering.
• Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer technical support processes.
• Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and translate technical knowledge into business value.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application expertise to customers across Asia Pacific.
• Identify new market opportunities, applications, and growth segments.
• Work closely with commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, and product stewardship teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Lead customer trials, product evaluations, and application development projects.
