Job summary

That Ecommerce Guy is seeking a Marketing Intern in Singapore to support campaigns across several brands and industries, involving hands-on content creation and production activities beyond a desk role.

You’ll develop concepts for TikTok/Instagram, craft scripts and storyboards, and assist with pre-planning, shooting, and on-set coordination, while editing remains separate. This is a real-world, portfolio-building internship with potential for full-time conversion.

We’re a small, close-knit marketing agency working with brands across Southeast Asia. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative and always connected to what’s happening online.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work on active campaigns across different brands and industries. Your days may range from developing content ideas and preparing KOL briefs to filming outdoors or creating content at a client’s location. This gives you varied, hands-on experience beyond a typical desk-based internship.

What you’ll do

• Develop content concepts for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Create scripts, storyboards, shot lists and production plans
• Support the content production process from planning and preparation to filming and on-set execution, with editing handled separately
• Work closely with the team to source locations, props, talents and other production requirements
• Research and shortlist suitable KOLs and content creators
• Develop creative briefs and content directions for KOL campaigns
• Support active campaigns across multiple brands
• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute campaign ideas
