Job summary

iCOMPASS Pte Ltd is expanding its regional team and seeking a dynamic marketing professional to support planning and execution of campaigns, digital content, social media, and events. You will coordinate assets, update sales collateral, and assist with onboarding and product walkthroughs.

The role also involves handling inbound inquiries and gathering client feedback. The ideal candidate has a marketing/communications background with experience in client support, CRM tools, and a keen interest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in client support and handling inquiries via CRM/helpdesk.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, financial services, or regtech environments.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing assets, presentations and sales collateral.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns, digital content and social media.
• Organize outreach events and track performance metrics.
• Provide responsive client support and onboarding assistance.
• Gather client feedback and relay to product/compliance teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
