Job summary

BGC Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to support education programme marketing, admissions outreach, student activities and departmental events.

Location: Nearest MRT, Kent Ridge; Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6.00pm; Salary: Up to $4.2K/month; Start Date: Immediate; Duration: 12-month contract. You will use WordPress, social media, and AI tools to create content and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management or related discipline.
• Experience in marketing, communications, events, content creation or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools to support marketing content and communications activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events such as orientation programmes, networking sessions, commencement activities, information sessions and workshops.
• Update website content using WordPress, create online and print marketing materials, support social media and email communications, and coordinate with students, faculty, colleagues and vendors.
• Use AI tools to develop marketing content and collaterals, produce AI-generated videos, improve search visibility through SEO tools and track performance with GA4.

Summary Of The Role

The organisation is seeking a Marketing Executive to support education programme marketing, admissions outreach, student activities and departmental events.

Key Responsibilities

• You will plan and coordinate events such as orientation programmes, networking sessions, commencement activities, information sessions and workshops.


• Your responsibilities will also include updating website content using WordPress, creating online and print marketing materials, supporting social media and email communications, and coordinating with students, faculty members, colleagues and vendors.


• You will have the opportunity to use AI tools to develop marketing content and collaterals, produce AI-generated videos, improve search visibility through SEO tools and track performance using Google Analytics 4.

Key Requirements

• A recognised degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management or any related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and experience.


• Relevant experience in marketing, communications, events, content creation or a related field is preferred.


• Working knowledge of WordPress or other website content management systems.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms.


• Willingness to learn and use AI tools to support marketing content and communications activities.
