Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content including copywriting, visuals, short-form videos, reels, and TikTok Live to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with founders and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content calendars, and deliverables with outsourced marketing agencies to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics such as social media engagement, lead generation, campaign outcomes, and return on marketing spend to inform strategy adjustments.
• Work with the Client Engagement Officer to respond to client inquiries, aiming to convert leads into booked appointments and sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Support promotions, events, marketing materials, and other brand-building activities to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
