Job description

Business Development

• Source and secure new cleaning contracts (commercial, residential, industrial, schools, condos, etc.)
• Conduct site surveys and understand client cleaning requirements
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients
• Maintain and grow strong customer relationships
• Plan sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets

Tender & Project Submission

• Prepare tender documents including pricing, costing, manpower deployment, and job scope
• Work closely with operations team to ensure accurate site information
• Compile necessary documents (company profile, NEA licence, track record, certificates)
• Submit tenders through Gebiz, Vendors@Gov, and private portals
• Ensure all tender deadlines are met
• Assist in attending tender briefings and site show-rounds
